Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
We understand plans change. Cancel or modify your orders effortlessly before dispatch with instant 100% refund processing.
1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window
You may cancel any standard or express order free of charge at any point prior to warehouse dispatch (typically within 12–24 hours of placement).
You can initiate cancellation directly from your Account Dashboard (/orders) or by messaging our WhatsApp concierge at +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID.
2. Instant Cancellation Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, a 100% refund is credited immediately:
• UPI / Wallets: Refunded within 2 to 24 hours.
• Cards / Net Banking: Refunded to source account in 3 to 5 business days.
• COD Orders: No charge incurred.
3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations & Refusals
Once a package has been dispatched from our atelier and is in transit with the courier, orders cannot be cancelled mid-route. You may simply refuse delivery when the courier arrives, and a refund will be processed upon package return.
