We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be in pristine, unworn, uncreased condition, with the protective sole film intact (if applicable) and in original luxury packaging with all dust bags, care cards, and tags enclosed.

We recommend trying on all footwear on a clean carpeted surface to avoid sole scuffs or abrasions before deciding to keep them.
2. Complimentary Doorstep Size Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit is essential. We offer 100% complimentary first-time size and color exchanges. Our courier partner will collect the existing pair from your doorstep and dispatch the replacement size upon pickup verification.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
• Bespoke or personalized customized footwear made to individual measurements.
• Digital Gift Cards and promotional voucher codes.
• Footwear marked explicitly as "Final Clearance Archive Sale".
• Items showing visible outdoor wear, scuffed outsoles, perfume odor, or missing original luxury boxing.

Yes, we provide doorstep reverse pickup across 98% of serviceable pin codes in India. In rare pin codes without reverse pickup, we reimburse courier speed-post expenses up to ₹250.
